Vanilla butter with some light char and wonderful oak flavor while neat. All of this is mellowed nicely when on the rocks.

Neat - Vanilla nose with oak and raisin flavors neat and a warming with maybe chocolate after taste. Rocks - Just smooths these all out and reduces the warmth going down. Awesome sipper!
