Nose - Honey roasted peanut, vanilla, caramel, and oak. Palate - Follows exactly to the nose, upfront flavors of honey roasted peanut and caramel. Very caramel heavy. Additional sips bring out more vanilla and oak.

On the nose - banana, chocolate, brown sugar, oak, vanilla, gingerbread, slight smoke, and cherry. On the palate - baking spices, almond, cherry pie, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate. One of my favorite everyday sippers. An enjoyable journey down the bottle each time.

Caramel, oak, cherry, and a bit of spice towards the end - finishes a bit thin and watery.

Mint, chocolate, butterscotch - very similar to a Junior Mint on the nose. Rich on the palate just a hint of mint with notes of clove, pepper, vanilla, and citrus peel.

On the nose - butterscotch, baking spices, oak, molasses, burnt sugars, vanilla spice cake reminiscent of Thanksgiving time. On the palate - loads of cinnamon spice upfront, burnt sugars, caramel, toffee, and vanilla. Makes me desire some French toast. A wee bit drying towards the end considering the proof. Although a few sips in now and it is becoming more creamier and the proof isn’t as apparent. Excellent!
