Vanilla and cinnamon spice with a bit of heat brought on by the 116.8 proof. Charred oak and caramel. Excellent value considering it is a barrel proof bourbon whiskey for less than $50.

On the nose - caramel, vanilla, hints of banana, and cinnamon spice. On the palate - lots of caramel up front, butterscotch, toffee, banana, cinnamon, and snickerdoodle cookie. Makes me think of liquified Heath bar but not much if any chocolate there. Excellent pour!
