It’s got some good spice, drinks every bit of a 127 proof rye, and finishes leaving you wanting more. It’s like a good spicy hot wing… in the moment it’s a lot but as soon as it’s over you want to go in for more. Drink it straight up, given the price point and relative scarcity enjoy it for what is it. Yes, I made a old fashioned with it… for scyence. It definitely doesn’t get lost in the cocktail but it doesn’t seem to stand out more than other similar high proof ryes when mixed.

Not sure where they came up with the Jamaican allspice name but this is Carmel cinnamon chews all day
