Tastes

It’s considered fruity but I’d say it’s more on the fresh cut grass side in a very good way. This is my favourite blanco.

Pretty harsh, as if the distiller included too much heads and tails.

So much more smooth, with a hint of caramel, than Los Siete Misterios
