There is a bale of hay behind this cloud of woodsmoke! After inhaling the smoke, the bale of hay becomes even more visible and among the hay lies a few dried mandarins (the fruit, not the people, silly!), raisins, dark chocolates and driplets of tar. I put a piece of fudge into my mouth and leave. Tobacco everywhere. Sayonara!

I once spent a summer refinishing fishing boats with a pipe-smoking sailor. This whiskey reminds me of that time, loads of tar and smoke up the nose. When imbibed, the smokiness is encapsuled and the tariness turns into a viola/liquorice bouquet. Like a 1745 fishing vessel traversing across the surf down my gullet. Despite its high ABV it is remarkably smooth and easy to drink. Ciao!

Sniffing this one is like doing cocaine in Florida, a nose full of oranges! There is both oak and sherry in there who fight the orange along with the herbal legions. The taste attacks your tongue and took me off guard at first to then leave me with a fudge and vanilla after taste. Sayonara!Stockholm

Nose is a lot of oak and a hint of smoke, some citrus after a few sniffies. Drinks very easily, without almost any lingering taste. Great as avec with my coffee, coats the inside of your moth with the taste of grandpa's wooden desk drawer, but it quickly goes away to be forgotten. Nice, but forgettableBryggeriet Sportbar
