Raisin toast with cinnamon up front that quickly fades to a subdued rye flavor, and a body similar to the Willett 4 year rye. Dill pickle and honey on the back end. Dry oak in a long finish. They use a different type of oak that produces a unique oak lactone flavor unique to Willett, and I’m happy for it.
