Daveco single barrel. 10265C winter 2022. 110 proof. Red mahogany color. A rich grainy nose, not unlike maple syrup cheerios. Hints of fig and rosemary, slight hint of cherry. Palette: sweet up front. Fades quickly to a grainy mid palette, with more dark fruits and herbal notes. Finish is long and spicy, going in and out with sweet fruits from the port barrels. Some French toast and dill linger. Hints of almonds. This would probably be great without the port finishing where the port adds that darker fruit dimension. Great pour.

Grainy nose Sweet up front followed by a tootsie roll flavor that lingers. Fun! Easy daily sipper

Seelbach: 109.4 proof Almost a malty nose. Palette: cereal, sweet corn, syrup, sight dark fruit flavors. Long sweet finish.

Grassy notes on the nose Palette: super sweet, smooth, doesnt taste 111 proof, some banana bread, feels like a rye finish. Medium length finish

Disclamier: bourbon drinker Nose of sweet maderia, cereal Palette: sweet upfront, the cask finish adds some dimension, not a typical irish whisky palette, very smooth. Finish has the sherry fruit notes. Very good.

Smoky peanuts in the nose. Taste like it smells. Smoked peanut wrapped in peppercorns finished with sweet smoke. Long finish with a good tongue coat.
