Light sweet nose with hints of fruit. Rich texture on the palate with caramels, oak, and pepper. Medium finish that leaves an interesting coating of black pepper on the tongue.

Barrel 8077. Good bourbon nose with just a little heat. Coats the palate well with sweetness and rye spice. Medium finish leaves a light rye burn behind. Water brings out a little more sweetness.

Light, sweet nose. Quietly enters the palate coating the tongue before the rich, creamy vanilla and caramel take over. The beautiful, long finish is exceptional.

Beautiful fruity nose. Hits the palate sweet before revealing the port wine barrel notes. Finish is a bit hot for the proof.

I am not a fan of flavored whiskeys but I love peach so I had to try it. The smell is all peach and very delightful. Excellent peach taste but quite sweet. Probably an excellent mixer.
