Slightly herbal nose. Very pleasant texture with light hints of caramel, pepper, and mint. Medium short, dry finish. Nice, interesting sipper.

Nose is sweet and smokey. It coats the palate well with a wave of sweetness and finishes with a hint of smoke. Good flavor and a lingering finish. Enjoyable with a touch of water as well.

Pleasant, fruity banquet on the nose with some wine/grape notes. Very light on the palate. An easy sipper with a light flavor and finish. A hint of water improves the body and finish.

Sweet nose with a hint of pastry. So many wonderful flavors on the palate. Excellent balance of sugar, caramel, vanilla, and oak. Beautiful finish that hides much of the high proof. Well done.

Big brown sugar nose. Rich, thick, and sweet molasses on the palate. Strong finish with a bit of kick.

Rich, sherry nose. Deep, rich fruit notes on the palate along with some dark caramels. Fairly short finish although the flavors will linger for a while.

Sweet sugars on the nose. Light, sweet bourbon notes as soon as it hits the palate. Very pleasant texture. The finish is short with light smoke.

Pleasant, sweet aroma with an edge of alcohol. Strong caramels and vanilla on the palate. Finish is fairly short but not too harsh. Bourbon all the way.
