OBSQ barrel 51-30, 58.6%. Chocolate, mint, leather. Touch of honey sweetness, reminds me of a thin mints cookie.

9y, 126.2 proof, Alexandria barrels pick - "sex panther" Spicy on the pallet, but also sweet and creamy. Molasses, baking spices, deep oak, orange rind, clove, ginger, black pepper. The more I sip the more complex it gets.

Gift from a relative. I had pretty low expectations for this bottle, mostly because these small Distilleries don't have the experience (or aged product) to make really good whiskey, but this ones not bad, and even enjoyable. Classic rye and pumpernickel, quite thin, slight caramel sweetness, mild rye spice finish.

Pumpernickel, leather, tobacco, oak. Not very sweet. Not overly spicy but tastes like a rye. Subtle chocolate, clove.

Apple and oak, leather on the finish. Overall reminds me of caramel apple pie. Way better than my dickle 15y single barrel

Virginia ABC pick, 2023. Strong vanilla, maple, caramel, cinnamon buns. A little flat but enjoyable

Banana, oak, clove. Very good for the price

Baked apples is the dominant flavor, caramel, a little cinnamon.
