Alcohol first on the nose then it’s get straight into rich flavors of caramel, vanilla, tobacco sweetness, nice fruit aromas. The 130 proof is definitely there on the palate and very warm, the swallow is nice, thick and smooth. I really love it. I prefer it neat all day long. Now I understand the hype because it lives up and beyond it. This is my first bottle and first sip and probably last sip as I want it to last FOREVERMORE. If you ever have the chance of getting even a small taste don’t pass it up. I’m here to tell you it’s well well well well WORTH IT IMO!

Starts off with alcohol on the nose, Gets straight to very sweet, mostly cherries, fresh fruits, slight hints of honey, more cinnamon and caramel comes in later. Soft and light on the palate. Definitely a easy beginners drink to start

Alcohol initially on the nose, sweetness starts to slowly come through, vanilla, fruits, maybe some hints of honey creeping around in there. At 100 proof it’s easy on the palate, very slight burn. Nice and warm on the swallow.

A lot of alcohol initially on the nose, Hints of honey, caramel, toffee once it opens up. Medium burn on the palate and backend 4.0 for it being a 120 proof bourbon you can find

A lot of sweetness on the nose once you allow it to get oxygen verses Batch A121. Caramel, Honey, Butterscotch. Nice on the palate, coats the tongue very well, nice medium peaceful burn on the swallow. Really LOVE IT!

Nice sweet and caramel smell on those nose. Hints of other flavors. A little burn on the back end of it. Thin coat plus light on the palate. I’ve had the “cask strength” and believe that’s what I’m pulling towards more. This is like the middle of the basic makers and the cask. 👍🏾

I’ve had 2 different ECBP as of now this Cask Strength has been amongst my favorites though 21-03. Nice caramel nose, brown sugar, cinnamon. Smooth on palate with a slight bite once swallowed. If you see it on the shelf grab it! You won’t be disappointed at all!

Strong ethanol smell on nose, slight hints of sweetness, minimum vanilla, mild to heavy burn on palate. Not your everyday bourbon but definitely a great one for getting you into the thanksgiving and Christmas spirit.

Strong ethanol on the nose, sweet, hints of caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon. Very easy on the palate, smooth on swallow with a late mild burn in chest/throat. Overall good bourbon.
