The more you sip on this bourbon the more you grow to appreciate it! Apparently the bourbon is aged in Tannat wine grape barrels for at least 6 months before bottling. The bourbon is a traditional Tennessee whiskey, but the nose on it is unique. You smell a floral note, maybe even a red wine or rose’ aroma. Then you pick up the sweetness and caramel fragrance. Next, the front tasting notes will hit and you may pick up some heat and then it balances out. I was able to pick up corn, caramel, and vanilla. However, on the back end the wine finish is apparent. Definitely one to pick up and keep in the collection or to share with friends.

The nose on this bourbon is very sweet and fruity. Definitely some heat but nothing too complex. This is a basic bourbon with some oak and spice. It would be great in a cocktail.

Nose of caramel sweetness and corn. Taste comes with a little heat but also smoothness on the finish. Definitely, has the Tennessee whiskey taste with the charcoal filtering. I actually like this whiskey better than the standard Jack Daniels. This is a new company and other reviewers tend to criticize the brand based on the price point, and it’s a little pricey but worth it. It’s a promising whiskey and I can’t wait until the brand comes out with a cask strength version of this whiskey!

Very nice! A little spice on the nose and some on the taste. Some of the first flavor profiles are spice, sweetness, and vanilla.

Love this bourbon! Very smooth and almost no burn. Caramel notes on the nose, very sweet. Also some oak and fruit on the nose as well.
