Early Times Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 26, 2021 (edited February 6, 2022)Great for the $$. A bit floral for my liking, but the sweetness balances it out. Its hard to argue with the value here.25.0 USD per Bottle -
Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve
Blended — Scotland, Scotland
Reviewed December 15, 2021 (edited July 20, 2022)So much better than Monkey Shoulder. Lovely sweet honey on the nose, bitter chocolate and citrus on the palate. A bit of pepper on the finish.36.0 USD per Bottle -
Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 13, 2021 (edited December 16, 2021)I was really hoping to like this one, but its just not my flavor profile. If your a fan of Larceny or 1792 this could be right up your alley. The nose is good but the palate has way to much bitterness and acidic perfumy notes for me. I really don't like the finish. Almost like I was chewing on green lawn grass.31.0 USD per Bottle -
Glen Moray Elgin Classic Sherry Cask Finish
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed December 11, 2021Pretty tasty. The sherry cask replaces the typical sour note of scotch with a fruity wood note. Worth every penny of $35.
