GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 12
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed February 18, 2024 (edited February 19, 2024)This baby really opened up with some water. Dark chocolate, sweet rich fruity flavors, but without water a tad bit too much alcohol bite for my liking. A few drops of water make this so sweet and rich with a beautiful balance of oak -

Springbank 10 Year

Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 5, 2024 (edited February 15, 2024)A rare drain pour for me. Disgusting. All the bad flavors of bourbon with a sickly port pairing. Just plain bad. Their rye is great though!
