This is delicious whiskey. Big sherry bomb but not complex. worth the price.

This is an above-average bourbon. Lots of candied orange on the nose and the palate but it tastes thin and has a short finish.

This is a wonderful scotch. The first sip is smokey and spicy. The second and third sips reveal more of the sweeter notes of vanilla and honey. There is a complex scotch that gets better with each drink.

Nose: honey, vanilla, brown sugar, rum Palate: rum, toffee, honey, vanilla, pineapple, sugar/candy, creamy Finish: medium finish of candy sweetness A bit too sweet and rum-like for me.

Nose: fruit, vanilla, honey Palate: fruit, vanilla, honey, raisin, oak. Very mellow. Finish: long complex, smooth, warm finish I tasted this as part of a sampler pack with the 12 double cask and the 14 Caribbean cask. The 17 was significantly better than the other two to me. The 17 is similar to the 12 but with more intense, and complicated flavors, and a longer finish. The 14 Caribbean rum cask is a different creature with its rum nose and taste.

Nose: light scent. Sweet caramel, light citrus. Taste: oak, caramel, sweet. Finish: lingering sweetness and slight bitterness. Fine everyday drinker. Not complicated. 6/10

One of my favorites. Floral and fruity on the nose and palate. Long finish.
