Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch B520
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 26, 2020 (edited September 24, 2020)Nose: just straight sweet vanilla, cherries, mild leather Palate: sweet bomb to the dome with caramel, vanilla, and cherries in a smooth symphony. Can feel the proof in a perfect way. This is worth the hunt and hype -
Nose: vanilla and cherries with mild ethanol, subtle mint as it opens up Taste: first sip was buttery and cool, sweat tea flavors, thin bodied and not overly complex but very pleasant, not bursting with sweet or fruity flavors. Pretty smooth finish with mild pepper/spice. I would reach for this on a hot day and probably drink way too much of it. Probably deserves a higher rating but I tend to like more burn and flavor with my bourbons
