Wow. Definite asphalt on there nose. Lots going on here. Smoke up front and fruity complexity on the finish. Really good if you are into peat

Je l’aime! The smoke definitely comes in late. Pepper comes in first. Well balanced and kind of reminds me of a rye before the brine and smoke hit
