Batch 2-SSDD is available in March 2024 in KY, IN, TN, MO, GA, LA, FL, MA, OR, & IL. (SRP $89).

But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is a well balanced mix of spice, tart orchard fruit (tart plum and green apple), charred oak, and a hint of grassiness. The palate is on the big and lively side of rye, with an evenly spread out mix of spice-to-fruit-to-herbaceousness, with a slightly medicinal note toward the finish. Though it can easily pull off as a neat or on-the-rocks sipper, it's practically begging for a measure of vermouth and a cocktail cherry. "
