RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Aromas of malty cocoa, nutmeg, allspice, and fresh golden apples mix with a scent that is reminiscent of when a fresh pack of marshmallows is opened. A hot flash of spice sizzles over the tongue, then settles into brown bread flavors mixed with vanilla sweetness and tart fruit. The fruity-spicy-sweet flavor profile is rich and cohesive, but it could use some ice or a couple of drops of water to further settle the spice component. "
