Tasting Notes
"This rye smells like a pot of spiced, savory blueberry chutney, particularly heavy on the clove, nutmeg, and thyme. The palate takes on a more herbal quality, with a mix of oregano, dill, Italian parsley, and mint—like a fresh version of Italian herb mix with added fennel seed. Tart plum and cherries give this lively, spicy sipper additional lift, with a fruity black tea finish. "
