1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

The nose is incredibly interesting. It is sweet and smoky with a hint of oak and molasses. It is predictably hot on the palate without water but smooth going down. There is a lot of flavor (more so than Elijah Craig bp) and it really shines through nicely. It is a caramel sweetness with a touch of oak and a lot of cinnamon spice. Decently rich and full, this is extremely enjoyable right out of the bottle and without any water. Only complaint is the finish is quite short.

Mercy! Powerful, sweet, warm. Luscious mouthfeel, just the right amount of heat. Red hots and magic.

Starts with a kick and moves to a smooth Carmel vanilla flare. Pretty good.
