1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

Been after this bottle for a while and I have to say it's been worth the chase. Charcoal and pears on the nose. The palate is rich and thick with sweetness, apples and pears, floral notes, and a hint of cinnamon. The finish is warming and slightly bitter. I'm a big fan of this bottle, definitely going to need more.

There might be some fruit undertones but they’re buried beneath the heat. Cinnamon and brown sugar are the most prolific notes

Full Proof and full bodied. Deep flavor. I taste a lot of wood but still sweet. I want to say butterscotch...but who knows. Really good.
