1792 Single Barrel Bourbon

NOSE syrup Brow sugar TASTE SPICY SLIGHY BURN WOOD FINISH - last for a bit Slight butter Slight syrup

Fruity, Rich nose. Carmalized banana. Drier on palate than I would have expected. Some oak and some spice from the rye. Little bit of sweetness on the end.

Fruity on the nose. First smelled pineapple and pear but after a couple of swirls the banana hit beautifully. First sip was very smooth, refreshing. Definitely something I’ll be showing friends. Love this one.

It sounds weird, but on the nose you get fruit and tobacco, which carries through to the first sip where you pear, pineapple, and a nice barrel spice that reminds me a little of Wild Turkey rare breed. The finish is medium long with the sweetness and tobacco becoming more pronounced. Big fan of this bourbon.
