1792 Small Batch Bourbon

Very nice. Simple bourbon at a very fair price.

Very Good Bourbon Flavor - Leather and Cinnamon on the nose. Maple Syrup is the main flavor but the Leather is still there. Finish is smooth with a sweet and spicy flavor.

Served: small pour with a dash of water to bring out flavors. Notes: Sweet red apples show as soon as it hits the tongue. This turns into a solid mouth of licorice and cherry/orchard fruits finished with vanilla oak. Comments: This batch & bourbon is very subtle and the notes are not too prominent, but if you are looking for a licorice and sweet vanilla apple tasting bourbon, this is it. It’s not that it’s bad, there’s just nothing astounding to write home about.

Nose: pepper and salty Body: vanilla, cherry, low/no burn quick finish, not a whole lot there. perhaps a good mixer.

Nose: pepper, salt, woody. Palate: tastes like a cheap bourbon. I love a lot of low dollar bourbons but this just tastes cheaply made. Vanilla, cherry, and wood. Not much there. Super short finish. Booty.
