1792 Small Batch Bourbon

Pretty standard bourbon flavor profile but done well. Smooth and sweet and a nice easy finish. Longer it sits in glass the better it gets. McCormacks Whisky Grill 9 USD per pour

Rye, baking spices, cloves and vanilla on the nose, spicy vanilla and caramel on the palate, somewhat bitter medium finish

This hits the spot for me. Great spiciness from the rye with some orange notes and corn mustiness. Expect some heat as it clocks in just over 90 proof. Overall this is very nice, but also interesting enough to take your time analyzing. If you're like me and you tend to prefer rye to bourbon, this will be up your alley.
