Lemon grass on the nose
Woodford and Four Roses had a baby named 1792. Floral for days. Smoke to finish.
Not oily at all so quick finish. A little water dampens the floral and brings the smoke and caramel out to the front
Smooth and buttery to start. Hints of butterscotch. Slightly tannic and metallic flavor sets in. Kind of dull start that then has a spicy middle with cinnamon and clove. Finish is grainy and slightly green pepper.
