291 Colorado Bourbon Single Barrel

Really like this. Smooth, not hot. Vanilla and a hint of spice.

Rye on the nose in addition to the standard notes. A little bit of wood, learher and medicinal notes. Taste comes in sweet and medicinal with some cherry at the end. Its good but the flavor profile just isnt my favorite.

Not a bad sipper. It drinks on the cheaper side so I hope it's not more than a 40 bottle

Neck pour. I believe the proof is higher than stated here. Interesting flavor, actually pretty tasty and more on the savory than sweet notes. Does not seem strong or astringent. Aspen wood leaves an note resting woody finish. Very drying on the back end. Finish is short and dominated by wood and spice. Would like to see them try this with older juice, but this is not a bad introduction to their spirits for me.

Extremely sweet like lychee and finish is astringent barrel. Not my thing at all.
