A crisp, Agave Spirit by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel & bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, fruits, melons, flowers, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of cantaloupe, lime, vanilla & honey; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of cinnamon & caramel.

A delicate, Agave Spirit by Casa Tequilera de Arandas NOM 1570 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave & red pepper; while a delicate life adds notes of citrus, mint, hint of butter & vanilla; wile minerality led to an earthy & watery death with hints of fruit, smoke & lime.
