Tasting Notes

"The nose of this whiskey foreshadows a touch of sweetness and distinct rye spice, the latter of which comes barreling through on the palate. It's spicy and flavorful, tempered by vanilla and offering a subtle pine note on the finish. Though enjoyable as is, it would be interesting to see how it develops with more time in barrel."
