London Dry GinNeutral spirit flavored with juniper and other botanicals. In the US, the minimum ABV is 40%; In the EU, it is 37.5%. Originally, only made in London, this can be made anywhere. No artificial flavors or colors can be added. Only water, neutral grain spirit, and sugar (no more than 0.1g/l) can be added.
Tasting Notes
"This is a refreshingly classic-tasting, dry and balanced gin, with juniper and wintergreen notes paired set off by grapefruit, lemon and lime peel, as well as a hint of fresh herbs. While it's meant for a classic G 'n' T, because none of the flavors stand out too much, this also makes a fine Martini (or Gibson) gin, as well as a good base for other ginny cocktails. "
