Made entirely in Idaho, this is a revamped version of Farmer's Organic Gin. The wheat used in its production is grown by 1,000 Spring Mill Farm, an organic and non-GMO farming organization. In addition to juniper, other listed botanicals include elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, rose, angelica root and hemp seed.
This bottling replaces the previous version and is available throughout the US beginning November 2022. (SRP $34.99).

Modern GinAlso has been referred to as "Contemporary", "New Western", "New Wave", and "New American". This style is not legally defined. In general, this category of gin, while it does contain juniper, places less of an emphasis on this botanical. Other botanicals not classically used in London Dry gins are often utilized and often highlight botanicals grown in the region the gin is produced. Most produced as either London Dry or Distilled Gins.
Tasting Notes
"The nose emits very clean and fresh-smelling evergreen aromas and sweet spearmint with a hint of lemongrass. The palate has a bit of viscosity to it with integrated botanical flavors that boost the juniper instead of overpowering. Of those the citrusy elements are the most detectable with a slight licorice note. Finishes clean with a hint of sweetness. "
