Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon Cask Strength

Really terrible flavor. No traditional bourbon flavors. Hard to even mix in a manhattan or with anything. Definitely least favorite and about as bad as joseph magnus.

Strong ethanol nose. Heavy, wheat dominant juice. Black licorice is prevalent with earthy, grassy substance. Very subtle hints of honey and perhaps some citrus and vanilla on introduction. One review mentioned a Scotch like resemblance - I agree. Perhaps it is the 4-grain mash that makes it diverge from traditional bourbon. Batch B-23.
