Aberlour 12 Year Double Cask Matured

Notes of honey crisp apples and cinnamon. No mistaking the sherry cask in this one either. Not a complex single malt, but pleasant nonetheless. Soft and smooth; a nice addition to my collection

One of my favorite one. Rich complexity at the beginning with all the soft notes (vanilla butterscotch even some honey). A longer finish with harder tones at the end (more nuts)
