Standard peated taste. Good oiliness. Slight butter/vanilla once you get through the peat. Slight fruit note on the end.

A Smokey yellow birthday cake with a rich vanilla buttercream. Evokes: a soft cozy sitting room with a plush leather couch, fireplace lit, eat a super moist sponge cake.

A very approachable, with some great flavours. A buttery vanilla, with just the right balance of smoke for me.

Nose: Iodine, briny sea air, charcoal, some vegetal notes. A sweetness floats in and out like someone is eating a warm white chocolate and raspberry cookie nearby. Palate: Deliciously oily, a light ashy smoke, sweet grains. Finish: Salty, ashy smoke. Like a recently extinguished fire on the beach.
