Aerolite Lyndsay 10 Year

The peat on the nose is more like cured meats then what i call burnt plastic tires like many peated scotches. the palate has a lot of vanilla sweetness to it.

Notes of smoke of dark wood and leather. After cutting with an ice cube notes of mint came through.

Smells of slight peat, iodine, Tastes of peat honey hint dark chocolate. Finish sweet smoke licorice toffee

There’s a lot going on with it. It reminds me of a fruitier Caol Illa

Strong iodine nose. Smoke forward taste with mellow finish.
