Agitator Bourbon Finished in Red Wine Barrels

An elegant Kentucky Straight Bourbon by O’Neill Vint­ners and Dis­tillers in Kentucky aged in red wine barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & baking spices; while a spicy life adds notes of sweet corn, rye, oak, cooked red fruits, clove & cinnamon; that led to a balanced death of medium length. Weird as hell. Fruit punch flavored bourbon. Like, what?

Just flat out weird. But it was fun and i liked the weird

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Sweet. Trail mix. Red wine. Definitely unique!

Ethanol with a terrible finish aftertaste.

Lovely nose containing the red wine barrel and vanilla bean. The taste had a fleeting burn that led to a corn/grain character. Soft oak and hints of the red wine emerged later. Nothing to write home about, but a decent everyday sipper.
