American Highway Reserve Bourbon (Batch 1)
This bourbon was made in collaboration with country music artist Brad Paisley and Bardstown Bourbon Co. It includes bourbon which was matured in a "Rolling Rickhouse" -- barrels which were stored in a semi-trailer that followed Paisley's 2019 tour across the US.
The final blend is a mix of four high-rye bourbons aged between 3 and 15 years. Released in November 2021, there are 30,000 bottles of the 96 proof Batch One available in select markets in the US.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is a rugged mix of pinecone, leather, clove, sage, and cinnamon. The palate is like Red Hot candies mixed with sweet corn cereal, maple syrup, and walnuts. The finish is blazing hot for this proof, but if you like bourbon on the spicy side, this is loaded with that flavor profile. "
