Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

Very drinkable, especially at the price.

Nose caramel, raisins, candied fruit. Pallate of sweet, anise, caramel quickly turns to candied fruit, dried berries, sherry, and aperitivo liqueur. You can tatse the port finish in the fruit and berry like taste.

Smooth, almost no heat or spice. Very pleasant berry and wine notes on the mouth and finish. Paired great with red wine demi-glace steak.
