I don’t hate it. Even though it says whisky and doesn’t taste like it, I don’t hate it.
The nose has an insane amount of sugars. Caramel, burnt sugar, molasses, and fruit sugars with a dash of vanilla and oak.
Palate carries the same, all types of sugar and then an interesting counterbalance if anisette, rye and cinnamon spice come through to balance it out.
Finish is mouthwash tingly with slight burn and finishes quick. Good dessert whiskey.
