Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Rich, smells strongly of caramel, very pleasant and mellow

This is the worst bourbon I’ve ever tasted. Astronomical price. Rum flavoring is over powering and not what I would consider a rye. Not worth the freight.

Butterscotch

Subtle sweet aroma of caramel. Front flavors of rye and cinnamon without the prickly tingle on the tip of the tongue, middle hints of rum, finishes with a quick easy tingle in back of the throat that only lasts a second. Nice warming and no burn. Great for sipping over ice.

Rum barrels made it too sweet for me.
