Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Always a crowd favorite but not for the purest.

Smooth with a clear flavor of rum. A little spicy with a long finish

Smells like maple syrup

You get the spice of the rye with the sweet of the rum.

Great cask flavor coming off as a pecan or maple flavor. Fantastic with a bit of ice, really enjoyed it as a Manhattan with Carpano antica vermouth and some angostura bitters.

Excellent. I am getting salted caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak. Velvet mouthfeel. So much better than the bourbon.
