Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Too sweet but tasty

The nose of the whiskey features sweet, oily notes of molasses and caramel. Once on the palate, the whiskey is sweet and spicy. The rum casks it was aged in clearly comes through in the flavor profile, along with cinnamon and brown sugar. A warm glow of spice lingers on the tongue for a pleasant finish.
