Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Smooth on the nose with a bit of a sharper finish. Very prominent vanilla, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, honey, maple syrup.

Has a long lasting coffee toffee flavor. Very smooth easy to drink juice. I love the sip for the residual flavor. Definitely will keep a spot on my shelf!

Best poured as a desert bourbon. The rum finish has a tendency to overshadow any sort of rye spice. I find that sometimes it is overly sweet - like artificially so.

Caramel delight

The perfect pairing for a cigar! The baking spices matched with the vanilla bean sweetness is exceptional! Loads of dark fruits: plum and grapes/raisins. I do get a hint of pineapple on the finish the rum really shines on the finish! *Paired with a Gurkha-Revenant Corojo Aged 13 Years Cigar*

The rye sweetness is there, but the vanilla and molasses overtones make it extremely drinkable.
