Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Fancy dark chocolate bar; 85% cocoa, burnt orange peels, red chili peppers, and coarse sea salt.

Incredibly smooth with strong vanilla-caramel nose. Needs to breath a bit and adding a touch of ice brings out a cinnamon finish.

By far one of my favorite ryes. I love the brown sugar on the nose and intense flavors. There is definitely a lot of spice and heat on the end of this one, but this dissipates a bit once the bottle has been open for a while. Feb 2017- just opened a new bottle from 2016. Still great, but this one is less spicy/hot than my prior bottle. Still great flavors!
