Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Very sweet, caramel

Vanilla and spice to the nose, great burnt caramel complex finish.

Caramel, burnt sugar, spice, and marshmallow. Just a delightful whiskey.

Brown sugar, caramel, heat...delicious!

It has a very distinct burnt marshmallow smell that carries through to the finish. If you told me this I would say I wouldn't like it but after tasting it I find it novel and worth the pour.

The Rum cask adds a nice caramel after taste
