I really like Aperol. A little sweeter than most amaro, but it’s damn good. Bitter. Sweet. Oranges. Strawberries. Light and refreshing. And versatile. Can be enjoyed neat, chilled, on the rocks and amazing in an Aperol Spritz. It’s a perfect daytime low abv cocktail
