Reviewed June 27, 2022 (edited July 30, 2022)Nose: smoky and wild, with charcoal and salty, smoked ham or bacon. Hints of apple, straw, tree sap, and oddly enough, carrot. Palate: thick and oily, with a very pronounced salt and umami profile. Bitter chocolate, and hints of sweetness. Old pine furniture. Finish: quite long and lingering as the oiliness takes time to dissipate. -
