Ardbeg 10 Year Cask Strength
Single Malt
Ardbeg // Islay, Scotland
Released by popular demand from Ardbeg Committee Members — the brand’s devoted fan community — this is a cask strength version of Ardbeg’s flagship ten year-old peated single malt. A highly limited cask strength 10 year-old version was previously released in Japan in 2003. This new edition is available online and at select retailers beginning in late February 2026. (SRP $89.99).

Tasting Notes
"The nose is pleasantly reminiscent of smoldering beach wood and flaming herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme), with hints of dark cherry and chocolate. The palate is a mix of these same smoky herbal notes with added elements of bayleaf, celery, nutmeg, burning hops, and brine. Richer flavors of dark chocolate and ripe bing cherries emerge on the midpalate and float through to the back of the throat with a sophisticated hint of cherry cough syrup flavor. The medium weight of the spirit is an excellent conduit for the flavor action, resulting in a lingering finish with a hint of tangerine peel and not much of a burn despite the smokiness. "
