Palate- Vanilla, Raisins, hint of peat that disappears instantaneously Finish- Is not fantastic, one cube makes the finish much smoother

I bought it directly at the distillery. It is interesting! The taste is well balanced between wood and floral/herbal. Lightly smoky not peaty. for my taste, it is a good one.
